The restaurant got its name by a previous manor owner Carl Gustav von Wahl. The etertainment house, which used to be manors’ stable-carrige house, is built in the beginning of the 19th century, when majority of side buildings of the manor were constructed. Since 1999, the building is under heritage protection. By the summer 2020, huge renovation works were done and this magnificent restaurant has become the pearl of Pajusi manor complex. It suits for events up to 100 people and its capaciousness and elegance will stun everyone. Weddings, parties, concerts, seminars and other bigger events are perfect to organize here!

In addition, you will find Katariina Guesthouse, Bibikov culture hall and smithy & grill house of Morsion. Nearby, you will also find Loopre-Lepiku horseback riding farm.
The main stone building of Pajusi manor is in Classicist style. Today, the center and right-wing part are still standing and Pajusi Community Center operates there.
