It is now restored and was re-opened in May 2019. In addition to the renovated building, you can also see the equipment used back in the old days &#8211; scale to weight milk, milk and cream tubs, pumps, devices for cream. Tubs for salting the cheese and milk labor &#8211; with everything to determine the quality of the milk &#8211; are located in the cellar.
